1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fake-santa.com and our associated service letter.christmas (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or generate a Magic Link. The Service is intended for use by parents or legal guardians. Children may only interact with the letter.christmas interface under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Service

Fake-Santa.com provides a tool for parents to:

• Generate a unique URL ("Magic Link") for a wish-list interface.
• Receive the text content entered into that interface via email.
• Receive automated product suggestions from Amazon based on that text.

We do not sell physical products. We are a data processing and recommendation tool only.

4. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure & Purchases

Affiliate Status: We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links provided in our Service.

Transactions: Any purchase you make is a direct transaction between you and Amazon (or the third-party seller on Amazon).

No Warranty on Products: We do not manufacture, sell, or ship items. We are not responsible for product quality, shipping delays, or returns. All support issues regarding products must be directed to Amazon.

5. Accuracy of Suggestions

Our system uses automated algorithms to match wishlist text with Amazon products.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the links we provide will perfectly match the child's intent. (e.g., If the child types "Red Truck," we might link to a model you dislike).

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to review the product on Amazon before purchasing to ensure it is age-appropriate and correct.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content via the "Magic Link."
• Input sensitive personal data (SSN, financial info, home addresses) into the wishlist fields.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our recommendation algorithm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (specifically Spanish Consumer Law):

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
• We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost data, or disappointment resulting from the use of the Service (e.g., if the site goes down on Christmas Eve).
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (which is 0€, as the service is free).

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The "Fake Santa" brand, code, and design are owned by us.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the wishlist text. You grant us a license to process this text solely for the purpose of generating the shopping list.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms (e.g., using the mailer for spam).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
